About These Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions \"we\" and \"us\" mean MotorBlackBox, a business name of Samyoung Trading Company ACN 150 066 783 ABN 74 150 066 783 and \"you\" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
All Funket Mall products carry a 1 year replacement/repair warranty, except for refurbished items and consumable goods such as SD cards, which are under a 3 month warranty.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time (2~6 weeks). If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
In addition to the legal requirement,
1. All products sold by us carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, were we will replace or repair the goods depending on the condition, except for consumable items including, but not limited to micro-SD cards, sticky tapes and cables.
2. All memory cards (SD, micro-SD and USB memory) sold as an inclusion in an item or sold separately carry a 3 month warranty. Memory cards are consumable items and should be changed regularly. We recommend at least every 2 years.
3. All refurbished products carry a 3 month warranty.
4. All products must be returned to us by you at your own cost for repair.
5. While we endeavour to return the item back to you in reasonable time, we are sometimes forced to return the goods to the manufacturer. In such circumstances, a return time of between 2~6 weeks will be applied.
6. Once shipped, the item will be deemed to have been delivered to the customer. While we do all we can to ensure that the goods will be delivered in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee the condition of the goods in transit. Any damage to the unit during transit will need to be lodged against the carrier. We provide necessary information to you for this, however, we are not responsible for any action beyond provision of information related to the purchase and shipping of the item to you.
